Salesforce and Service Trade Integration

Background

Pacaso is a property management company and technology platform that enables people to own fractional shares of a luxury second home. In less than a year, Pacaso grew to over $1 billion valuation, making it one of the fastest-growing unicorn startups in the US. While growing at a breakneck pace, they turned to Relay to provide custom Salesforce solutions to help manage their ever-growing number of properties. Their technology platform, largely powered by Salesforce, gives property owners the ability to schedule stays, report issues, and coordinate maintenance of the property.

Our team implemented a custom integration with Service Trade, a contractor management platform, to streamline property maintenance and repair workflows. Cases can be submitted through the homeowner app, are reviewed and managed in Salesforce, and then seamlessly pushed to Service Trade to be worked on by local contractors.
