Each year, the finance team spends multiple months analyzing data in Salesforce, including members, enrollments, cases, and benefits, to produce complex models that can inform revenue projections and set per-member per-month rates.
Our team designed a custom Salesforce application that analyzes each client’s membership population across the years to provide finance executives with key statistics and KPIs that can be used to set rates for each client in the coming year.
